May 20, 2025 – The Jura Collective for Peace in Gaza has filed a complaint against 4 Federal Councillors with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Confederation.

Three current members of the Federal Council, Ms. Karine Keller-Sutter, Mr. Guy Parmelin, and Mr. Ignazio Cassis, as well as former Federal Council member Ms. Viola Amherd, have been reported for complicity in crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Gaza, East Jerusalem, and the West Bank. The allegations concern the roles played by the four aforementioned individuals within Switzerland’s foreign, economic, commercial, financial, military, and diplomatic policy, in direct or indirect connection with the massive crimes perpetrated in Gaza and the West Bank since October 7, 2023, by the Israeli army.
