January 26, 2024 – The International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued measures aimed at preventing genocide in the Gaza Strip.
Israel must take all measures within its power to prevent the commission of genocide. It must also immediately take effective measures to enable the provision of basic services and urgent humanitarian aid necessary to address the adverse living conditions faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Israel has one month to submit to the Court the measures required by it.
