March 28, 2024 – The International Court of Justice reaffirms the provisional measures taken in January 2024.

It notably declares that Israel must take all necessary and effective measures to ensure without delay, in close cooperation with the United Nations, that the provision of urgently required basic services and humanitarian assistance by all interested parties is ensured, without restriction and on a large scale, including food, water, electricity, fuel, shelter, clothing, hygiene and sanitation products and facilities, as well as medical supplies and care, to Palestinians throughout the Gaza Strip, in particular by increasing the capacity and number of land crossing points and keeping them open for as long as necessary.
